Growth hormone

This is a hormone produced naturally by our own body, in the pituitary gland and, as its name reveals, plays an important role in the growth and regeneration of cells.
This practically means that both muscle reconstruction and maintenance of our bone density is impossible without this particular and important hormone.
However, HGH, over the time, is decreasing in the body, affecting our muscular mass, bone density, and the functioning of vital organs such as the brain.
As already mentioned, growth hormone is produced in the pituitary gland (and in particular in the anterior pituitary gland) … but from the time of its production and then remains for a minimum of time active in the blood, more specifically just a few minutes!
For HGH these few minutes are sufficient to act and “regenerate” the body
